It seems every time we replace or have to repair something in the house, we find these contacts have not installed items correctly. The last item we replaced is the range hood. First thing the range hood was not grounded, second range hood metal opening was not removed for removing smoke and etc when cooking and last the air ducting was never installed. Which we had to hire someone to fix because Pacesetter refused. My advice if you are planning to purchase a house from Pacesetter you should be there constantly checking.

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. 500k and can’t even get some warranty work. Put things that were wrong on the portal And nobody replies. Door is messed up and windows. And vents were not blown out. Thank you pacesetter for doing nothing
