My favorite Builder. The personnel in the office and on the jobs are first class. They build an amazing house and are tuned in to every homeowner I recommend PACESETTER for every type of buyer. They will not let you down JA HART
I regret purchasing from Pacesetter, every single day. I thought I had found THE HOME. From the beginning up until now it has just been one long headache. I still never heard back on their so called working with the city about the flood plain issue and now the 11 month walk through (they took over for pro home) and now it’s wear and tear on everything pretty much so not covered.
