Extremely poor ethics and services. Upper management are liars, con artists, and only worried about their own image. Your child's provider will switch constantly. Do your child a favor and take them somewhere else, lots of providers accept medicaid!
The Counselor Kelsie was Great. The rest of the services were so-so. They also canceled out important services my son was receiving due to an "error" which they failed to notify me. They also tried to B.S. their way out of the blame. Case worker never showed up. Maybe 3 times ever. would not recommend if you truly need a support system. Kelsie is the only reason for the stars.
