Pest control doesn’t come even though you’re paying a fee for it. There are roaches and palmetto bugs EVERYWHERE. Management will just completely stop responding to your emails and maintenance requests just disappear. Pool was closed by DHEC when I moved in and they had to drain the other one while I was moving out. I don’t even leave reviews but people need to know if you move here, you’re settling for less.
The new management is really helping to make necessary improvements to the property. Greatly appreciated.
