I want to take the time to recognize Jay in maintenance. Since moving here she has handled every issue quick and fast also very communicative about the problems, solutions, repair times etc. she is so sweet and you can really tell she cares about the tenants/property.
Bunch of scam artists that run this place how are you gonna charge someone $1050 for a carpet replacement and painting when they’ve been staying there for five years. Sounds like they’re hoping people don’t fight this stuff and just pay so they can renovate on their dime. That’s some shady business practices right there I was warned about this place and their ridiculous move out fees.

Dominique took me on a tour of the summit and she was wonderful! She was very informative and nice. Dare I say, she's the reason I moved here. Definitely ask for her when you visit! Her blonde sidekick is cool too I guess
