I've been living at Paces River for 5 months now and was very skeptical on applying due to the reviews but I chose to see for myself, it was a very simple and easy move in. I've had no serious issues with my apartment and since the new management took over I can see a big difference in alot. New staff seems happy to be here. Had a lil issue the other day and didn't expect much but Deana got on it quick and they took care of it right away. She even checked back to make sure I was all set. Appreciate that kinda attention. Glad to see the effort to take care of us.
Ok so they are now under new management again, however this time after meeting the new manager Deana out here I can say I feel hopeful about the changes this property needs! Over the last month I have noticed some changes out here for the better. They have hired new staff and maintenance that seems to like their job. They discussed what changes are being made to better the property over the coming months. I am glad they have staff that are out here getting things right!
