Had soooo mmany things needing fixing on move-in day--a whole list! They refused to replace the carpet though it was obvious previous tenant smoked in here, staff is consistently rude (despite being consistently nice with them) AFTER you sign the lease. I have been living in this apartment for over 2 years now and I lived with good neighbours and location. But the incident that just occurred has made me so bitter that I had to write it down somewhere - My package was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, and I went to the leasing center to check if it had, after my office.
