Amazing service bought my land and so happy
We are in the process of purchasing land through Pace’s Ferry Builders and have had a great experience. Solomon was outstanding throughout the entire process — incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was always available to answer questions, walked us through each step clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Beyond being on top of everything, he was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.
The owner Guy Cherwonuk is horrible. He doesn't return calls, he doesn't address the many issues that are on going with his properties at all. Students do not rent from this owner you will have nothing but troubles and headaches .
In my experience of interacting with Guy, he does not respond to emails, calls, or texts when confronted and as a landlord does not fix any maintence issues as well as add non-supported fees onto his tenants
