In my experience of interacting with Guy, he does not respond to emails, calls, or texts when confronted and as a landlord does not fix any maintence issues as well as add non-supported fees onto his tenants
Paces Ferry Builders ("PFB") was the general contractor for the construction of our custom home in Milton completed in Aug. 2023. In our opinion, the entire experience dealing with PFB was sub-par in virtually every category-- disorganization, terrible communication, lack of professionalism, no attention to detail, ignored the actual approved building plans in so many ways including using cheaper materials or the wrong materials. Buyer Beware! Since purchasing a lot from Paces Ferry Builders (“PFB”) in February 2022, Guy Cherwonuk and PFB continue to be my nightmare that won’t go away. In my experience, the construction process was absolute chaos from start to finish and flat out adversarial at times, having had 6 different project managers and countless sub/vendor turnover in the 2+ years that it took them to complete my home.
