I called to request a quote and while the property I own is out of their jurisdiction the partner Richard Everette, spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me educating me on best practices, what to ask other contractors and even referred me to a great mold specialist. I wish I was able to work with them as they proved to fair, extremely helpful, honest and knowledgable.
I wouldn't let Paces build a doghouse for me. 2 1/2 years ago my house burned down and they were my contractors. What should have been a 3 month rebuild turned into a 8 month ordeal that ended with me having to refinish my stairs and railing myself, my hot/cold water is reversed in my master bath, I had to replace all the undersink plumbing where it all leaked, including the drains in the sinks.
