I’ve been a resident for 1.5 years. It’s very easy living. The staff running and maintaining the building are great. Very friendly and helpful. The HOA leadership have best interests and priorities in place. The building is always clean. I enjoy the other owners. It’s a diverse community who get along well.
I am living here going on 10 years. This is an outstanding building from the incredible staff to the amenities. Paces is constantly working to care for and improve our building. When you walk in you are welcomed home. I cannot imagine living any place else.
Great place to live! Convenient to everything including Fetch dog park. 24 hour concierge. Clean and very well maintained and managed.
