The 2 stars are for the therapist there they are great! Intake and scheduling staff is unknowledable and unprofessional and if you speak on it to other staff they cover for them as if you are wrong. When you are in that type of facility if you do not know how to deal with different types of people you should not work there. It makes the company look bad and ghetto.
Some of the people that work here are good, but beware that some of them will push the trans stuff on your child behind your back. My kid's therapist was the one that told her about a gender pathway program without my knowledge.
