The communication with this office is horrible. The day my son was scheduled for his intake, I called as I had not received a link to the meeting and the receptionist said oh we've been trying to call you, your intake person has the day off. I never received a call, text or email from anyone. She rescheduled me a few days later and said the link would arrive shortly before the appointment, yet here we are 22 min past and no email or text. To add to it, the office is closed.

The therapists, psychiatrists, check in clerks and case managers all feel like home, they feel like family to me, they always put a laugh or smile on my face every week I come through, I was scared to meet everyone but they quickly calmed my anxiety down, I would refer this to anyone struggling with mental health and need help. 1000000/10.

The executive director at PACES is not good at her job. This was the worst work experience I’ve ever had. Staff are often talked down to, ignored, or blamed for things that aren’t their fault. If you want to feel unappreciated and miserable, this is the place. There is a lot of favoritism, especially with the trainer Amber, who does not have any real education or training in mental health.
