I had such a great experience getting fitted for shoes here! I didn't catch the name of the salesperson who helped me, but he recently graduated from GW and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't know anything about heel drop or anything like that, and he took the time to explain and was so patient in letting me try on a bunch of different shoes. It was the best experience I've had in a store in a long time and I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Pacers!

I stopped into Pacers Georgetown and had an outstanding experience thanks to Cameron. Cameron helped me find the perfect new shoes for my upcoming half marathon and for a trip to Europe, where I ended up walking more than ten miles a day. Don’t go here if you don’t already know what shoes you want. They’re very very nice and have a great selection, but the staff have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. Pacers needs to offer their staff some running anatomy courses or something. Was given ridiculously incorrect info on all shoes yesterday, overheard absurdly incorrect info on other’s shoes, and was told that while they didn’t have my size on something, the same shoe 3 sizes up would be fine for me.
