I was recommended to Pacers by a friend. I was in desperate need of a solid running shoe. My closest store (I live in SW by the wharf) is Navy Yard. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store. Daniel is AMAZING. He did the assessment of my feet but gave me several options for shoes. He's very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the differences of each shoe. The entire process from start to finish was great.
EDITED: 2/5 stars to 5/5 stars. The staff reached out to me and gave me a refund the amount of the discount. They informed me that due to the lack of adequate service at the Navy Yard location and the Georgetown employee's (where I went before being sent to the Navy Yard location) failure to tell me that the Hoka Cloud 9s in the specific color that was available was not actually included in the sale, they would be happy to refund the money I believed to have lost.
