Top tier experience from start to finish! I was immediately greeted by Wes upon entering the store and he helped me choose the perfect shoe to fit my needs. He had vast knowledge of the footwear and was attentive, patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He made my shopping experience an absolute delight. Came to DC on a visit from out of town and went into Pacers to kill some time. I had been in the market for a new pair of running shoes for quite some time but had never found the right pair or a store where the staff took the time to truly match me with the best shoe. Very helpful staff. Went to replace my On clouds and came out with very comfortable Hoka's. Surprised myself how much I like these for walking
