Couldn't be happier with Greg and his team for the service they provided. My 7.3L Turbodeisel was completely losing power mid drive. Westin found that the previous owner had tried to mask a failed CAM position sensor by caulking around the old failed O-ring. They literally had me back on the road 24 hours later, for a very reasonable price and great communication. Took my motor home to get dash a/c and rear a/c repaired. A week later got a call from the Greg telling me the dash was fixed but after spending (and charging me) 9 hours couldn't fix the rear air. When I went in to pay him and saw the charge on the bill I asked him why he didn't call me after an hour or so and ask if he should continue. He didn't even look up from his computer and said "sorry about that" but didn't reduce the bill a penny. On my drive home the dash a/c cut off when going over every small hill on the road.
