Adjacent to, and affiliated with, Integris Baptist Hospital you will find this to be a great basic gym. Everyone is welcome, there are lots of older folks who work out here, and plenty of muscle-heads, too. There is an indoor/outdoor track, weight and cardiovascular machines and two racquetball courts. You can get a massage, see a dietitian or take an aerobics or a spinning class. The nice folks here provide shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, toothpaste, mouthwash and towels in the locker rooms.

I love their facilities. I love their facilities. They have here swimming which I like.
Good sometimes Pacer is nice and clean, but the staff is unfriendly. They have a floor staf that sit inside a halfmoon area, and fold towels all night long, and the girl that works there is really snoutty
Working out at Pacer Pacer is located across the street from the Baptist Hospital, the location is easy to access and they have a great amount of parking spaces. Their employees are very knowledgable and immediately noticed that i have never worked out in a Fitness Center before. The took the time to explain all the machines to me and suggested different workout routines for my health. I felt completely comfortable and they didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. Very helpful I just joined this gym and I already know they care about my well being. They give you an evaluation to help you in the areas that you are lacking in. They take the time to show you what you need to be doing to accomplish your health/fitness goals.
