Paceline Collision in Lampassas did an excellent job with my vehicle. More outstanding than the job and how quick that it was done, is the service and hospitality I received. Every person I had interactions with was friendly, outgoing, and happy to answer any questions I had. I live about 40 miles from the shop, and when they finished repairing the damage they drove it all the way to me (after they were already closed) as well as took my rental back to where it belonged. Very pleased with how quickly they were able to repair my vehicle. They are also willing to help you and are incredibly thoughtful. I was very impressed with how the receptionist, Paula, assisted in the process of getting my vehicle fixed. Overall, a very nice place with very good service in your time of need.
