I tell you what. I have only had to have collision repairs done on a vehicle one time in my life and (not mentioning any names), this place was HANDS DOWN night and day different than the other. I won't go anywhere else in the future if the need arises. They were so professional every step of the way. My vehicle was detailed inside (not even part of the deal) when I picked it up. We were given an update on what was done and whether we were on schedule to pick up our vehicle about every other day by e-mail and at least once a week by phone. The BEST customer service we have ever gotten from any business across the country!
They do a great job, and they go above and beyond to make the client happy. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends!
Paceline did a fantastic job with our vehicle. There were other circumstances that came along with the process of getting our vehicle repaired but they did an outstanding job in making sure all issues were handled without having us (the customer) waste our time or time out from work. They kept us informed at all times and the work itself was remarkable. To include when we went to go get our vehicle they washed it and cleaned the interior for us so nice. They rushed the repair and did a really poor job of it. Paceline undid and damaged a previous repair to the drivers side of the front bumper while repairing the passenger side. Instead of replacing it like they should have, they gave me back a re-broken bumper. Now they are telling me too bad it's not their problem. My car was returned to me in a worse condition than prior to the accident. There is just no justifying that, Paceline.
I have used Paceline more than once and they always do a great job as well as have great customer service. They keep you informed on the progress of your job which is great when it comes to being without a car.
I really appreciated how the staff made you feel comfortable throughout a new experience.
