If you want to waste your money on moving out, go this place. You can hear people walking the unit above you at midnight. They will try to charge you whatever they can, trust me. Terrible experience! Moved out early 2 months before the contract ends and fully pay all the rents, utilities without living, cleaned everything before move out, still being charges for some unreasonable fees. Elevators broken all the time. Don't waste your time talking with them
Beautiful Location, Great Amenities! The units looked cute and modern with enjoyed my tour the leasing team was knowledgeable and welcoming, definitely recommend if planning to move to the Shoreline area!
Visited friends over here for lunch at the common club house. It was nice.

The worst thing I ever did in my life was come to live in this building. I received the apartment 118 with: 1 All windows and blinds dirty. 2 I received the apartment with a blocked dishwasher and the water was spilling out of the kitchen sink and flooding the apartment. 3 The wall that divides my apartment with my neighbor's is extremely thin and of poor quality, you hear everything your neighbor says and does.
