Excellent customer service and warm, welcoming environment! I was unable to secure a rental for my upcoming trip due to extensions by current renters (which was a bummer, but indicates that this business has loyal customers and this inspires confidence!), but I will continue to try to support this business in the future! It was a pleasant experience and the communication was ELITE level! BIG thanks to PaceCAR Entertainment Rentals!
I lost the key to my rental Sunday evening and was put into a new rental within hours. Car was clean ran great and was pretty. I had a very positive experience and definitely recommend! They also worked with my hardship license and SR22.
