All plumbing parts available on time!
This place is aimed at contractors and doesn’t allow non-professionals to even check availability on the website. They have a lot of stuff i guess, but you can’t browse either.
I wish I could run a business as incompetently as this one is run, and still make a profit. Unbelievably inexplicably slow staff, always 6 people standing around while 1 might be marginally working. Will Call NEVER WORKS! Everytime the parts aren’t ready and it’s a hassle to get them at all. Multiple occasions of the same experience.
I am NOT a professional plumber so I do not know all the lingo involved. This stated, I am quite handy and needed to gerry rig a pipe and adapt it to a hose. The person there spent about 20 minutes and we finally found a way to make it work for a $25 sale. While this is certainly a place for the pros, they do not make DIYers feel unwelcome...Thanks for you help today!
