Drivers, do not stay on the street, some one just cut the seal on my trailer, and it was a bolt seal,

Spoke to Devin over the phone for a replacement part. Was informed that they had the part in stock at their Stockton distribution center. Was told that I could purchase the part over the phone than drive to their distribution center to pick my part up. When I was transferred over to the payment center was told that I couldn't pay over the phone and that I would have to drive to their main store to pay in person.
