My dad went in to get some septic tank lids that they didn’t have in stock so they told us to send an email with the details on it for the septic tank lids. We got an email back saying a team member will respond as soon as possible. Not sure what soon as possible means but this email was sent on march 31st and even sent a follow up email April 16th still nothing.
At the yuba City location the staff is very knowledgeable with anything plumbing related and they are always eager when it comes to finding parts for our jobs rather they be big or small.
Pace Supply is "The Place" to go for your plumbing needs in Yuba City. I made the mistake of trying to solve my plumbing issue with parts and help from the big home improvement stores and was only able to come home with confusion and frustration after several attempts. It finally occurred to me to go to Pace and after one short visit life was good again!
