I updated my rating based on my experience with the Assistant Branch manager, who promptly refunded me the restocking fee that I felt was quite excessive I am giving two more stars due to this compared to the original review, as I was pleased to get a quick response. The lack of a higher rating at this point is more due to going through this experience overall, however again I am pleased that I had someone reach out to rectify the situation at hand.
Good variety and helpful sales people
This place is mission impossible for truck drivers, this is so unfair and disrespectful for us. Clear the yard please.
I’ve had pretty good experience with these guys. All the guys working the counter are solid. The three stars is for pricing, which is insane. Over double the price on a regular parts that is available at Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Very poor customer service. Had a sewer pump ordered, no phone call to let us know it was ready for pick up. Drove 2 hours to pick it up after calling and confirming it was there. Paid cash and opened the box in the parking lot to make sure pump was the correct one. It was, however it was broken. Took it back in within minutes of receiving it and they tried to give a hard time and say they would have to eat the price of the pump- not our problem, we dont need to know this information.
