I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you have a contractor account. They don’t seem interested in helping retail customers at all. I was quoted $170 for a part that I later found online for $13. When I brought this up, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, basically implying that this is what you should expect if you don’t have an account. Charging that kind of markup without at least being transparent about pricing feels like taking advantage of retail customers.

I updated my rating based on my experience with the Assistant Branch manager, who promptly refunded me the restocking fee that I felt was quite excessive I am giving two more stars due to this compared to the original review, as I was pleased to get a quick response. The lack of a higher rating at this point is more due to going through this experience overall, however again I am pleased that I had someone reach out to rectify the situation at hand.

I’ve had pretty good experience with these guys. All the guys working the counter are solid. The three stars is for pricing, which is insane. Over double the price on a regular parts that is available at Home Depot and Lowe’s.
