I’ve had pretty good experience with these guys. All the guys working the counter are solid. The three stars is for pricing, which is insane. Over double the price on a regular parts that is available at Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Very poor customer service. Had a sewer pump ordered, no phone call to let us know it was ready for pick up. Drove 2 hours to pick it up after calling and confirming it was there. Paid cash and opened the box in the parking lot to make sure pump was the correct one. It was, however it was broken. Took it back in within minutes of receiving it and they tried to give a hard time and say they would have to eat the price of the pump- not our problem, we dont need to know this information. Called Pace for a part. It was in stock. I went down and picked it up. They even said they could have more for me if I wanted. Fast, friendly, and clean place of business.
Does not sell propane gas. GOOGLE says they do. I've never been there. Just wanted to warn others who are looking for propane.
