Horrible company. Called to service and repair a furnace under warranty. They refused to service the unit or offer repair, even after citing they knew what was wrong and could fix it. Simply infuriating, would not recommend. Management should be ashamed of their level of customer service.

Our furnace went down late Friday afternoon, and my wife and I thought we’d spend the weekend in a cold house.
