Pace & Sons Mechanical replaced my 30+ year-old air conditioner with a new Goodman system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They showed up on time, completed the installation in a day, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and my home is noticeably more comfortable. Highly recommend them for quality HVAC work and reliable service!
Horrible company. Called to service and repair a furnace under warranty. They refused to service the unit or offer repair, even after citing they knew what was wrong and could fix it. Simply infuriating, would not recommend. Management should be ashamed of their level of customer service.
