My grandma had a medical emergency that we had to immediately run in for and call paramedics. This place does nothing but TOW CARS. There is no consistent maintenance of the property. Pool and clubhouse been shutdown for yrs, but THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR. Homeless flooding in. Druggies lingering around. No control over who is coming in. Nothing done about it.. but they have a guy who hangs outside of your home and stalks you to tow your car... I’m new on the board, this place has truly been neglected. It’s a mixture of a bad management company (Vision) and bad decision making from the previous board. I moved in 2022 and joined the board the next year because I was tired of not seeing any changes made. All the bad reviews from people here but they fail to be involved with the community. All the decisions that were made the community voted on. So all the complaining you guys literally voted for this. We will turn things around but people need to take accountability ... read more
