I’m new on the board, this place has truly been neglected. It’s a mixture of a bad management company (Vision) and bad decision making from the previous board. I moved in 2022 and joined the board the next year because I was tired of not seeing any changes made. All the bad reviews from people here but they fail to be involved with the community. I’m an owner here and the new HOA president is working hard to improve the condition of the property. Things are really improving.
I wish I was able to respond to each of these negative reviews. I find it a little odd that people would complain about the place they actually live at and call home. When people complain about the “HOA” they are actually complaining about themselves as they ARE the HOA. It is completely unacceptable that we are being charged nearly $300 a month for HOA, while the property looks utterly neglected and abandoned. The overgrown trees, bushes, and grass are not only unsightly but give the entire area a sense of decay. The pool, which should be a benefit to residents, is unusable and has become a daily target for break-ins. Easily the worst HOA without a doubt, we pay assessments that are almost 300 bucks a month for a HOA not to uphold there end of the contract! Can we get an investigation going here?
