Absolutely horrible. No communication. Extremely high fees for little to no maintenance. You must phone multiple times, email multiple times, even contact social media before anyone will speak with you. When you do speak to someone they'll pass the blame and assure you someone will contact you very soon, which never happens. They have a 2 star rating for a reason. 100% would never again be involved with them in any way. Save yourself the hassle and find anything else.

If you care about your money, get away from this company, they won't look after your property. My experience with this company was very bad, seems the employees of this company hate their job, they are not professonal, they lied several time to me. I ended my agreement with them with a couple thousand $ lose. Be careful
Pace is completely incompetent and is irresponsible in their accounting when it comes to strata management
