It took 3 weeks to get my order which should have only taken a week! Pace Punches sent me the wrong parts and would not agree to pay the shipping to return my order. They have ridiculously long lead times, and they are not price competitive with the rest of my suppliers. Their customer service staff is nice, but not well trained or knowledgeable about the products or industry. Stay away from the dysfunctional family business! This family is only interested in themselves and could care less about their employees. It is a very unprofessional workplace with open verbal fights and swearing between family members. The work environment is micromanaged and very unprofessional.This business is a recipe for disaster in a dying industry.
