Have been dealing with Pace Properties for several years now and the experience has always been positive. They are always mindful of tenants needs and very responsive when something needs to be addressed.
I had an issue with another occupant smoking indoors and smoke getting into my unit. The management team handled it professionally and contacted the landlord of the offending tennant professionally while respecting mine and the owners privacy
We deal with a lot of management company's but I have to say, Pace Properties was a pleasure to work with! The ladies (especially Blanche) were extremely helpful and quick to return our calls. The turnaround time for the condo documents was quick and we can't thank them enough for that. The only thing that would make the company even better, is if they would do direct download for the documents. However, their quick turnaround time makes the whole process pretty easy and seamless. Thanks again!
