Great customer service I emailed them about my issue and they responded back promptly to schedule me the next afternoon. I had an ac line clogging the drain in my sinks and had other companies come out and give me a quote for the repairs but they were too expensive or didn't get back to me with the quote. Thankfully the two gentlemen from Pace were knowledgeable and efficient. They cleared the drain and it's working great now. It was a very reasonable price also.
My upstairs face bowl was totally clogged. After all my efforts resulted in failure, I called Pace Plumbing. The job required some troubleshooting. Because of their experience, they were able to find the problem. Johnathan and AL were persistent in their effort to get the job done. They are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice people. Pace Plumbing has been in business for years and still has Absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The owner is reachable during working hours and is extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly attitude. His office staff is also professional, knowledgeable, and friendly attitude! I had a recent service done with Pace Plumbing. I called about a broken commode. The plumbers Jonathan and Al were very polite, quick, and effective. i recommend Pace for your plumbing needs.
As a former customer who was satisfied with their work from a previous job. I called them to find and repair rebounding. The repairmen arrived within the hour. They explained the process and looked thoroughly multiple times to identify the leak, to no avail. They informed me that my options were to find the leak in the line (which would require demo and extensive time searching) or replumb the three lines in the house. They recommended reblumbing.
