Love my nurse practitioner when i’m able to schedule an appointment but it is completely unprofessional that you can’t get a hold of the office. No one answers or calls back and there’s no option of a voicemail.
This place is the absolute worst. I don't understand how a supposedly "professional" healthcare office can be so disorganized and unprofessional. I have been going here for about a year and have had a mix of good and bad experiences. But this time, I had an appointment scheduled in the morning and no one showed up.
