Darlene and Trevor were amazing to work with when selling our home. We had complete confidence in their insights and knowledge in so many areas. I recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.
Darlene is great. Very helpful and has lots of information about the area. It was my first time buying a home and she made it feel underwhelming. I really appreciate all of her help
Trevor is not the realtor you are looking for.
My wife and I just bought a piece of property near Bonners Ferry, and we had a great experience working with Pace Kerby. Darlene and Trevor are very knowledgeable in their field and more importantly of the area. Their years of experience are evident in how they care for their clients. They made the process for us as seamless as possible, keeping us informed and updated with pertinent information. I really can't say anything negative. Just good people.
I started working with Darron Branson of PACE KIRBY in 2022 for Medical Insurance. Acusure took over the insurance business from Pace Kirby officially in January 2024. All my disagreements with Pace Kirby started in 2024..
