Our AC unit shut down during the recent 100 plus temperature heat wave. I called Pace and they scheduled a timely service call. Alex was our tech and he figured out the problem quickly and installed a new capacitor which solved the problem. Alex also gave me great tips in how to manage my heat pump. Great quality service. Thank you Pace and thank you Alex.
We both experienced a power outage on Friday. Phones were out. Mary apparently checked caller ID and reached out to me on Sunday. Had a tech to me in less than an hour. Problem solved
My furnace quit working. Mary, at PACE was able to schedule me a time the next with a tech. Jeff with PACE was the tech. He was wonderful. He recognized the issue, but then noticed where the hot air on my roof was coming out of the wrong place. He fixed the issue, which could have created problems down the line on my roof. Jeff--thank you for being wonderful! I appreciated you taking care of my furnace. The best!
