DON"T TRUST THIS COMPANY! Dominion USA poorly constructed our home. We ended up in a lawsuit. Dominion sent Johan from Pace Engineering to inspect our home. He showed up with no equipment other than a little drone. He did a walk around, no measurements or anything. He said our house was up to specs and just needed small repairs. We hired an independent engineer who brought tons of equipment. After the 2 hour inspection, it was determined our roof would not withstand the weight of the home if it was completed. Thanks for the “report” you submitted. Our insurance company has denied repairs because of Johans words and lack of expertise. I guess brick walls are supposed to move and tile floors are supposed to crack due to poor installation and not the 5th strongest hurricane to ever hit the us. Thanks for wasting everyone’s time. I guess being an engineer is easier than i thought.
