Fantastic customer service, especially from Tony and Eric. Helped get me replacement parts and info on how to repair my cover and get it working properly again
The customer service was excellent. The order was placed on June 4th in WA. and delivered on the 11th in FL. The parts were exactly what I ordered and worked just as the customer service representative said it would. The remote for the bed cover came with a battery installed and ready to go. The seal was very pliable and fit in the track with zero issues. I did my prep work by cleaning the track and applying PB Blast silicone spray to the track. I like that I can cut the seal to fit my cover. They give you about three extra ... read more
