There is something special about a small branch and this location is true testament to that! Service is always 10/10 and staff is exceptional
Aurora Alterna is the best banking experience I've had, Laura and Nadine are exceptional.
I have been with this credit union for over 30 years. I would never go any where else. Laura was so helpful in getting my car loan setup without any a hitch . When we required a short term loan, she made the whole process quick and so very for us . The latest issue that I had required a transaction record from a couple of years ago. Laura had the transaction to me within 15 minutes. You couldn't get that kind of service at any other banking institution.
