Scheduled a 3:00 PM virtual appointment (Feb 17) and never received a meeting link. After waiting, I called and sat on hold 30+ minutes only to be told “the doctor sends the link when he’s ready.” No instructions. No communication. No link — even by 3:56 PM before closing. This is a broken system and unacceptable patient experience. Every medical provider sends virtual links in advance. Expecting patients to sit refreshing email is ridiculous. Great cardiology clinic on the sixth floor at the Medical Art Building in Newmarket. Looks like they operate independently from the Southlake Hospital cardiology department as registration on the fourth floor is not required. All receptionists, nurses, cardiology technicians and doctors are fantastic, very professional and friendly.
We are so fortunate that our local community is home to PACE Cardiology, providing our residents with highly professional and compassionate care!
