I had an excellent experience at PACE Cardiology Newmarket. I brought my mom for her appointment, and Ms. Pany made such a positive impression on us. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Quick experience. Friendly staff. Weird reviewing a necessary medical office; well necessary for anyone with a pacemaker or ICD.
My son had test don’t here in April, I still haven't heard anything. I have called several time with only one call back, and wrote several emails. Understandably doctors get busy, but this is just not acceptable patient care. I will be reaching out to my family doctor for a referral for a more organized place to get test done. He was referred here because he needed to see a paediatric cardiologist because he was not over 16. His birthday was the beginning of July so now he could see another doctor.
