Did not get the nurses name, but the intraveous needle she inserted was painless, did not go interstitial; I have no bruising, no after pain. Wish I could take her with me every time I have to undergo an intravenous Injection! injection!
Very calm friendly and professional. Took the apprehension out of the experience. Farid, my cardio ultrasound technician was pleasant friendly professional and efficient without that rushed feeling that can happen in healthcare. I liked that he took the time to invite me to view my heart on the screen while he was measuring. Thanks PACE Barrie:)
My 16 month old came here for an echo and they room their time and made sure she was comfortable
Reception staff was extremely rude! Not what one would expect from health care personal/to someone who has a condition.. I was referred to Pace as the LifeLabs at this location does not do ECG testing. The window clearly states "Walki n ECGs"; however, you do have to book an appointment. They only accept walk-ins starting at 11:15/ 11:45, and that is a maybe.. I was about to book an appointment when a second person behind the counter interrupted the conversation I was having and proceeded to berate me about needing an appoin... read more
