Horrible excuse for a doctor. Skips appointments with no notice, never answers the phone, won't even program their crappy app correctly. If you actually are in need of medicine steer well clear.
My biggest complaint is not being able to reach a person. I have called several times with no answer. I have left message and course no response. I am truly disappointed with the lack of customer service.
I have been with PACE for a few years now. They were once attentive and Dr. Leonard has been very helpful. But I have not been able to get in contact with ANYONE for months, completely out of my medication and my mental health is declining rapidly. I have left voicemails, messages to my provider & messages to the staff with not a single call back. I have scheduled appointments and the provider doesn’t even show up on telemed. This is malpractice and extremely unprofessional especially dealing with mental health.
When I five started with Pace they were Mandala Center, first they changed their name then they changed their location. After the pandemic, I started doing the virtual visit at first.It was difficult because I did not know how the system work.But then I finally got it then.They changed that three different times and it got more complicated. The one star is to my actual Psychiatrist who’s amazing and the only reason I still put up with the horrible treatment from billing and Admin staff. No show policies are ridiculous. I called in for a refill of my medication and was cold transferred to billing to then be told my prescription has no refill and that the bottle I have with 1 refill is a misprint from the Pharmacy. (A medication that would kill me from withdrawals) this women in billing was more concerned in harassing me over $60 then assisting me with my issues.... read more
