My experience was beyond bad - it was unacceptable and inappropriate. They mishandled the personal data of several customers and rudely demanded payment for bills that weren't mine. I was told that payment was required at the time I dropped off my samples. My bill was $200 and I walked away with a receipt showing payment. We dropped off our sample, and the employee who received it told us the results would be ready in about 10 days. When 10 days came and went, we called and emailed multiple times but only reached voicemail. After numerous attempts, I finally received a brief email stating that we would get the results the following day. That day came and went, and we still received nothing. I drop my works water samples off, staff is pretty cool. Can't complain
