Horrible customer service Prices are outrageous A $38 water test that I physically do and drop off myself is now $150 bc of a minimum invoice fee You’ll get a new project manager each week And no one I MEAN NOOOOO ONE Knows what is going on …. They won’t address any issues, they will just keep passing you on to the next person This company has always been a problem and they have bought out all the other good labs in town …. Do yourself a favor and find a different lab
When we used them for our pool tests 3 years ago they were great. Then they decided to TRIPLE the cost of the water tests. We had trouble finding another lab, they actually had bought the one that was recommend to us. We did succeed in finding another lab that gave us great service for 1.5 years. Mid summer last year our water tests were all messed up, many weeks they didn't even come to collect the sample. We found out the problem was they were bought by PACE. Sample submitted 8/5. Called for status check 8/19 Sample was received by a contractor lab 8/21. Results reported to Pace 8/28. After additional email request for results or refund, after a month of no results … Results sent to me via email on 9/9. (With note saying the results should have sent automatically on 8/12) Y’all do the math.
We submitted a water sample on August 1, 2024, paid $150, and were told we would receive results within 7-10 business days. Today is August 26, 2024 and still no results. We have called several times and have had to either leave a voicemail or are told that the guy that handles that is off and will give us a call back tomorrow. Terrible customer service. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere to have any water testing needs completed.
