I had a very frustrating experience at this location. The unloading process took over 7 hours, which is completely unacceptable. There was no clear communication, and I was left waiting without any updates or explanation. This kind of delay shows a lack of organization and respect for drivers’ time. Definitely needs improvement.
ZERO RESPECT FOR TRUCKERS. Bad management,trailer dameged when loading. Spent 7hrs to load 20 pallets. Thanks for miserable day you ONE SOLUTION. Reaching upper management.
Very very slow
Really terrible place. Arrived at 9:00 AM for a 10:00 AM PST appointment. Once we arrived, we were assigned a dock and waited until 3:00 PM PST. Upcoming loads were canceled. Do not book a load here if you don’t want to wait forever.
8 hours to get unload, they don’t care about truck drivers time.
