Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. We are a local carrier and have picked up from One Solution Warehouse / Coca-Cola multiple times. Every time we come here, loading takes at least 4 hours, but today was beyond ridiculous. My appointment was at 12:00 PM. I arrived on time at 12:00 PM and did not leave until 9:30 PM. That is 9.5 hours for one pickup. I checked in multiple times, and the only excuse I kept hearing was, “We are overbooked.” That is not an excuse. That is a management problem. This warehouse is poorly managed.
Park on Aero st either on there facility, if space is available. Take your paper work inside, fillup the sheet at the checkin window and wait for phone call. They have clean restroom inside and the staff is very unprofessional, didnt updated about unloading status and handling paperwork at last. Had appointment at 1600, went early around 0800, got door at 1200. 1848 still waiting to get unloaded. Come on ur appt time only. Super lazy and slow. Appointment at 7am its 10am still no door 3rd time here always the same thing worst receiving ever
