Great gym. Staff is amazing!
I was warned that the owner didn't know much about what builds muscle and strength. I should have realized it was true when I showed 2 employees how machines work during my tours, half the music is bad and way too loud. Worst of all the owner will interrupt you mid set to tell you not to use a machine the way it is intended. I would love to see pac go out of business.
There must be some kind of secret hand shake to get into this gym.
