Unpopular, but they did OK for me three times so far. Stop in the travel lane and walk around the other side of the building to check in. Two docks, so sometimes you'll go in before another.
Kind of Hit and Miss as to how long you will be there. I've been out of there as quick as 25 to 30 minutes. And I've also spent three or four hours there. Doesn't really depend on your load. Really depends on how many people are ahead of you. You parked behind the building in the cul-de-sac. Make sure to park in the cul-de-sac first and walk in to the office on the East End of the building. Check in go back to your truck and they will come get you when they're ready. Friendly staff.
