horrible company with horrible policy’s. i got robbed here as a tenant and they could not have cared less and won’t even send me footage of what happened. don’t move here if you value safety.

Pac properties is a joke Service is terrible the give you the runaround When you call maintenance they don't take care of the problem if they do they take 2 months to do so They gave us an emergency number but they can't do nothing Our apartment flooded and there was water pouring through the roof the emergency number said you will have to wait till we open tomorrow We have to deal with roaches for the past year they tell us ho thats common here in California.
