The company never returned my full deposit they charge a cleaning fee even though I had someone come clean it. Any holes were patched up prior and left in pristine condition and yet they still kept nearly my entire deposit I only received $100 from a $900 deposit. The apartments themselves were also always full of roaches no matter how many times pest control came, the people from pest control were rude and the people working at PAC weren’t all that nice either. horrible company with horrible policy’s. i got robbed here as a tenant and they could not have cared less and won’t even send me footage of what happened. don’t move here if you value safety.
Carlos was so rude over the phone. I've never spoken to someone to arrogant before. Do not apply for these apartments.
Pac properties is a joke Service is terrible the give you the runaround When you call maintenance they don't take care of the problem if they do they take 2 months to do so They gave us an emergency number but they can't do nothing Our apartment flooded and there was water pouring through the roof the emergency number said you will have to wait till we open tomorrow We have to deal with roaches for the past year they tell us ho thats common here in California. i’ve been living in a pac apartment for almost 4 years and for at least my building, they get things done and don’t bother us
