Pac n' Mail Date: July 10, 2025 Incident: Customer Service representative rude and inattentive Location: Hampton,Virginia A manager waa contacted in reference to conduct unbecoming of an attendant, who as acknowledged by the manager of the store, did not adhere to a store policy. Subtle comments/behaviors regarding a person' s economic status was made with minimal concern from the store clerk incenuating the insult.

The owner is rude and so unprofessional he needs to treat customers like he wants the business not like he hate to see them coming.
