I can rely on PAC’N’MAIL to get the job done for me. In this day and time, customer service is so bad at many businesses and almost nothing is reliable anymore. You're extremely lucky to get what you paid for. The customer service is great at the Hampton, VA PAC’N’MAIL location and they have never disappointed me. Talk about price gouging. I dont mind paying for them to print out the labels at $1.00 a label but to charge an additional $1.00 to open a file.. WF..if you want to have it printed that's a must!! Can't do one without the other as far as I know of !!! They are nice enough to have the $1.00 label cost at the check out but not the additional cost to open a file. What a joke.. I probably won't come back ever again. I highly suggest if you need anything printed go to the public library I think its .25 a sheet and no service fee.
This is my one stop shop for shipping printing and faxing. This is an established business I've been doing business with for the past 20 years. The staff is friendly efficient and knowledgeable!
Al was great to work with. They picked up my auction item, packaged and shipped appropriately. Saved me tons of time and mileage.
