After being directed by a nephrologist to visit this location on Saturday, post check in I sat with my grandfather and two other individuals who had also been told to come in for lab work. We waited approximately 30+ minutes with no staff available at the front desk, during which time we could hear conversation in the back and saw an appointment come and go. This is the slowest blood draw station I have ever been to. It looks like they do stick to scheduled appointments. I do not recommend walking in. It took over an hour for routine labs to be drawn.
Dont go here for fasting blood work if you dont have appointments. You'll have very low bloodsugar but still not get done. We waited for 1hr 30mins still nit done yet. They dont care if you didnt have anything to eat for morethan 15hrs
I made an appointment same day, and was seen within 5 or 10 minutes of checking in. My phlebotomist, Robyn, was lovely! Very skilled and pleasant to chat with. Blood draw was quick and painless. I'd recommend an appointment - there were people waiting longer than me because they didn't have an appointment.
