The wait time here is ridiculous! Went in as a walk at 1:00 PM for routine lab work. By 1:40 PM finally a person who shows up to the front desk tells me it’s gonna be about 20 more minutes to be seen. My entire lunch break gone & no labs done! I had to leave to make it back to work in time.
After being directed by a nephrologist to visit this location on Saturday, post check in I sat with my grandfather and two other individuals who had also been told to come in for lab work. We waited approximately 30+ minutes with no staff available at the front desk, during which time we could hear conversation in the back and saw an appointment come and go. This is the slowest blood draw station I have ever been to. It looks like they do stick to scheduled appointments. I do not recommend walking in. It took over an hour for routine labs to be drawn.
