update: so i tried going back to this place agian and this place , for getting your blood labs is not too bad- i really recommend coming here 🤍 the staff although short staff are really wonderful people - they really have a calming demeanor and very friendly people, no one is at the front desk much but you have a check in kiosk and also wait a little for walk ins but they do help you and accommodate within your needs ❤️ today there was no wait much so recommended to come in early

Ngl, the reviews for this specific Labcorp are terrifying so I cancelled my appointment. Getting your labs drawn can be an anxiety inducing event, and to hear about the unsupportive staff is distressing. :(
The LabCorp on Lilly Rd is outstanding. I always make an appointment, and I never have to wait. Everyone is super friendly and knows how to finesse a vein.
The woman who worked here today January 18, 2025, named Frances, treated me like a 3 year old criminal. She scolded me for not knowing that their hours are different from what Google states, as if I should automatically know that. I didn't get up way early and drive 35 miles on an empty stomach just to ruin her life. From the way she was ranting, you'd think that was my sole intent.
