Robyn was amazing ! She was the kindest, most attentive phlebotomist I have ever had. I had a very long glucose test, she made it go by quick !!! There was a mistake in scheduling, and admittedly I was a bit upset prior to speaking with Robyn, but she immediately solved the problem and took me in. I appreciate her so much!!! She deserves a raise !!!
Kind, professional, and human. Had a great experience which is rare these days in medical spaces. Bonus points for being incredibly fast!
Got there at 7:59 am (a minute before opening) and I was the third person to check in. I guess they allow check ins before they open. Waited 40 minutes to be seen. Phlebotomists were nice. My recommendation: make an appointment!
The lady with the dark brown hair, was so professional and just made my first experience going here amazing!
