The staff is very friendly and helpful at Pac-It-Away Storage Mira Mesa. I needed to find a more suitable storage unit for my belongings and Doris was great in getting me into a larger storage unit. She took time to find what I needed which was much appreciated as I needed something bigger on very short notice. When I had questions about the monthly fee for my storage unit, Jose was helpful in explaining the charges and making the update needed to my account.
