Bill and Jose were very kind in letting me have some time going through and cleaning out a storage unit of mine and my kids things destroyed by my ex. I appreciate their kindness in helping me out during a bad situation.
Initially I would have given this storage facility 5 stars.The facility itself is clean.I feel safe. The staff is less than lackluster. When there was an issue with updateing my credit card; they seemed mystified as how to update it in their system. Then at the 6 month mark, I received a letter that they were increasing fees. I expected it to be reasonable, not 55.6%. Only use this place if you're desperate or for a short period of time. You may think its reasonably priced but know they will increase it substantially.
Was referred to this location from A-1 as I was looking for something that was better suited to my business needs and pricing. Jose and Bill were there on my first visit and were beyond nice and helpful. Not only did they show me the unit I inquired about, but also showed me other options. I ended up going with Bill’s recommendation to pick a 1st floor unit instead of a 3rd floor one. Kevin was there the day I decided to come in and set everything up.
