Honestly, I had a 10/10 experience! I was helped by the property manager, Donna, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I happy from the first day I moved in Pack It Away. It's very clean comfortable secure self storage. The price is also very reasonable and the employees are very professional respectful and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better storage. I highly recommend this place.
Sabrina is very helpful from the very beginning. She clearly explained the terms, and answered all of my questions.
Nice facility they were cheaper than all the other places. Always seem available and pretty courteous to me. The only thing I didn’t like is they had raised my rent twice within a year’s time. That being said, the price is still reasonable.
