Sunita Jain, MD, doesn't listen, has a heartless demeanor, is very rude, and talks in a belittling manner. Sometimes she is nice but other times she is very rude so we had to change our doctor. There is no telling what mood she will be in on any given day. We don’t recommend her. Her office staff seems nice though. This review is my personal opinion based on my experience with the said doctor.
My daughter was billed for Dr Mallorca caring for her baby when he was born at Drs hospital. My daughter is being charged and the billing lady is never there and is now on vacation and they want to send daughter to collections for something that was billed incorrectly. They said they have no one else that can help…
Dr Jain is one of the best physicians I have ever had. She is thoughtful and thorough. Incredibly knowledgeable and competent. I've always just accepted the physician based on my health insurance and to be honest I was never really thrilled with the choices. Then one day I asked my ophthalmologist (who is amazing) if he knew a good primary care physician and I was referred to Dr Jain. I couldn't be more thankful for that referral. I absolutely adore this doctor.

My children were patients of Dr. Noosa Lunat, when he retired we were very uneasy about his replacement. He will never be replaced but Dr. Mallorca is very kind and listens to our concerns and needs. She calls us even after hours and just makes us feel important.
Dr. Cohan has been my children's Pediatrician for almost 5 years now. He is very caring & highly knowledgeable of issues & concerns. He has an office team of very efficient & friendly staff, as well.
I have seen Dr. Jain twice. Each time she seems to be more interested in my weight than the reason I am coming in to see her. The last time I had a visit with her, she not only commented on my weight but also treated me as if I were drug-seeking. I would have given her the benefit of the doubt if this had been my first experience, but unfortunately it wasn't. I leave her office feeling uncomfortable and judged. I will be switching insurances and finding a new PCP during open enrollment.
She doesn't listen, provides no feedback, has a heartless demeanor, doesn't discuss anything, and talks to me in a belittling manner in a rude tone of voice. I don't even know why I still go to her. I'm disappointed every time.
Dr. Timothy M Coats retired on June 30, 2022. All of his former patients miss him and wish him the best of luck in his retirement.
