I contacted their number and spoke with a man about getting an estimate for a job. Was asking if I could meet around 6 or 6:30 pm the same day. I left work early to make it home in time only to have a no show and no return text after trying to confirm if they were coming or not. Highly unprofessional. If they can't come give a quote on time how are they going to expect me to trust them removing something that could cause serious damage to my home.
