Was looking for a good place to eat in Slidell and thought we’d try Pablo’s. So glad we did! Food was so tasty I practically licked my plate. It all came out fast. Look forward to going again!

Everything my party of 6 ordered was delicious and expertly served. We absolutely return!!!
We started with the papa la huancaina as an appetizer with a mango margarita for me and some chica for my wife. The bandeja paisa for my main course was soooooo flavorful. My wife got the seca de Cordero and she loved it! We just parked in the back with no issues. Lastly for dessert we got churros and arroz con leche. We loved the attentive service and the music. We left extremely satisfied and on top of that it was affordable.
