I had a deal in progress and felt that another company hadn’t even visited the property before recommending a full roof replacement. Not only did he go out to the site the same day, but he also provided a detailed inspection report that very same day. He even took photos and thoroughly explained everything over the phone, walking me through what to expect in the report. His prompt response, professionalism, and transparency made all the difference!

Pablo came by recently to inspect a roof leak recently and was extremely helpful. He went on the roof and spent almost 30 mins to inspect the issue. He didn't charge me even though I didn't need to actually have anything fix. I will definitely call him when I have another roof issue and will gladly pay him appropriately for his services.
