At a company outing at the rainier game and these people came down and stole 7 hats from our company. Would not do business with shady people

USE A DIFFERENT SHINGLE! We are a 27 year old construction company. We have been using Pabco Roofing products for the entire time. Not any more! We have a customer with obviously defective shingles. The laminated portion can be lifted with 1 finger and the tar line on the bottom of the shingles is very sparse so they do not stick to the shingle below. Mailed in a request to PABCO in April of this year as I had a lot of granules coming of my roof which was installed August 2024. Our Roofer even mailed a shingle sample of our roof to PABCO as of today [Oct. 1]I have NOT heard back from PABCO ! Is that customer service or ignore customer and this problem might go away ??
